I like that it's easy enough to use without having to go through an extensive training process with some other software out there. It does what we need! We can easily write content in HTML format so our clients know how their website works. The interface isn’t as intuitive at times but if your familiar with Word/PowerPoint then this should be no issue for you. This program has been very beneficial since many of my coworkers are not tech savvy which makes them more comfortable using these types of programs instead of learning new technologies themselves. They also do all of the work from creating the document while I just add information here & there when needed.
