I'm a big coffee drinker and I drink it every day. My friend is on the other side. uh, she only drinks coffee if it's a Dunkin' Donuts Iced Caramel Latte. Well I was sick of paying $5 a piece and figured I could get this and save money and convenience. That's a good idea, don't get me wrong. And the coffee recipes he came up with taste pretty good. BUT, on the brutally honest side. You would think it only pumps out cold coffee because it's an ice coffee maker, no! You put a whole bowl (or two) of ice in a plastic pot and the coffee comes out hot like any other coffee maker! And it melts all the ice, and then you add more ice to make an Iced Latte. It's nonsensical if you ask me, I'd rather leave my pot for now and only add ice when the pot is done. Another thing that bothered me was that it makes the plastic jug look small but is actually huge and holds like 2 liters of coffee, enough to quench a horse's thirst. when horses have drunk coffee. To be honest I feel like I spent $40 on a Christmas present that I could have just used my regular coffee pot for, luckily it got two stars. Pros: Good recipes Big jug (save some for later I think) Hot coffee instead of cold jug is huge (no one drinks that much at once) Throws away two bowls of ice only to melt
