inconsistent sizing

I really like the design with longer sleeves, quality, and lighter material of this shirt, but I ordered 6 of them at different times and only 1 fit. I am 5'4", petite and weigh 112#. I ordered either mediums or larges, and only one medium fit. I must say however that the service of this provider is very good. They quickly refunded my money. Had the sizes been consistent, I would have ordered several more, as the price is very good.
