The design of this portfolio is nice. There is a good amount of pocket space and the pen holster is a nice touch, however, I have had this item for more than five weeks and it still has such a strong odor that it is unable to be used. I understand various chemical compounds are used in leather processing, however, the odor is so intense my colleagues could smell the item from down the hall of our office suite. I have tried, to no avail, airing it out and even placed it in a room with an ozone machine to help minimize the odor, but it has not helped. I will not be returning the item since I am beyond the return window (I kept it because I hoped the smell would dissipate by this point). I cannot recommend this item due to the odor.
