Works fine but could it be painted?
Maybe it's just too much, but wouldn't it hurt to paint those water pumps? When you have a car to rely on because of a broken water pump, you don't really have time to stop, paint the part and wait for it to dry before installing it. After a few weeks this pump is covered with rust film. It looks like garbage. Somehow I'll paint over it when I have time, but right now it's pumping water normally, it's not flowing.
