I'm of medium to tall build and this long sleeve sweater suits me. It's lightweight and will keep you warm when you exercise in cool but not cold weather. The absorbent pad seems to work very well. I haven't washed it yet so I don't know if it will hold up to size. What I don't like: the collar is a bit slack/wrinkled; Fabric - a blend of cotton and polyester (25%); and the stitching used almost everywhere on the clothing is not particularly well made or stylish.
