I have been using Neutrogena eye makeup remover for many years and it has taken me a long time to remove my mascara. I tried it based on the reviews and I love it! I wet a cotton pad and gently press it against my eye for a few seconds and it melts. I hardly ever have to rub or wipe which causes wrinkles. It's gentle and I have very sensitive skin/eyes. Highly recommended! Update: After a few weeks of use, I noticed an improvement in the condition of my eyelashes. My lashes have become thinner over the past 5 years probably due to eyelash extensions, fibrous lashes and eye makeup remover. This eye makeup remover is so effective, I've noticed my lashes are thicker because I don't have to rub my eyes with it and it's so gentle.
