This is a great TV mount and I think I would trust expensive TVs with it. The mount itself weighs over 10 pounds so you need to be sure you install it properly or it will rip out drywall and plaster. It can carry up to 75 pounds. The mount is 20 inches in size and fits well and sits snugly against the wall when folded. Whether you have a large flat screen or a small one, this mount really comes in handy as it doesn't protrude as much as the cheaper mounts. It has all the hardware needed for installation. We used this to put a 55" TV in a family member's bedroom and had no problems. However, it is very expensive. I think closer to the 100-150 range would be more appropriate. The thing is built like a tank, but I'm not sure I'd order it again at the current price.
