I was pleased to learn that the Onvian online store claimed to give "everything you need to take your performance to the next level." When I stumbled upon the site, I was able to find it by searching online. My interactions with their products, on the other hand, have been nothing but a huge letdown. Their frames are made of carbon fiber, which may make them lightweight, but they are also quite weak and readily break. I had high hopes for their weather-resistant apparel, but it couldn't even endure a slight shower. I was quite disappointed. The quality of their goods is substandard, and the exorbitant prices that they charge are not justified by the value of what they offer. The poor quality of their customer support makes a bad situation even worse. They did not respond to my attempts to contact them for aid with fixing the broken carbon fiber frame I had purchased from them, and they were not helpful. It is abundantly evident that they do not care about the satisfaction of their clients. In conclusion, I will say that the Onvian internet store is not one that I would suggest to anyone looking for high-quality sporting goods and apparel. Their misleading advertising and subpar customer service contribute to their unfavorable reputation. Put that cash to better use and go shopping somewhere else!
