I like that it is simple and easy to use to get started. It took some research and reading to understand how the software works because it is not straight forward at first glance. It can be hard to see who you are sending your referrals too and where they go too once they're connected to a job listing. Make sure you have multiple people helping you with training if necessary. This helped us to have multiple teams refer candidates from different industries in our organization. It has allowed us to save time with processing more referrals each week from our own team than we had been doing before using it. The ease of use and the ability to track the success of each referral. There is also a great dashboard where you can keep track of all your referrals. The only thing I dislike is that I wish there was a way to send individualized emails to each referral. I have been able to track the success of each referral and send out follow up emails.
