The fan is very quiet, the legs on the bottom have two different heights to accommodate the angle sides and adjust a shorter brace so you can see the difference, it's not broken just to show two different heights) it has two small handles that pop out at the front to keep your laptop from slipping off The included USB cable is only 24" long which means it can be plugged directly into your laptop. But as it was purchased for virtual learning we added a USB extender so we can plug the fan directly into an outlet rather than the lifespan of the laptop battery (as this is already exceeding his limit for a 7 hour study day)... My son is very excited because this is his favorite color and it l ights... All in all a good buy and price! I hope it can withstand the use and abuse of high schoolers!
