The manual and instructions are very easy to use. All I had to do was open the ring light and screw it onto the tripod. This is a fairly simple direction that is easy to follow. Includes light ring, tripod and bike phone mount. Attaching the light ring to the tripod was easy enough. It took us a second to assemble the bike mount kit, but once that was done it was easy to attach to the tripod. The entire setup is small enough to fit on our dining table or desk, so even a 9-year-old can use it. Once setup is complete, you're done! We move it around the house and it stays intact. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
