Bought these for my son who is basically growing a size a month. He is 3 years old and usually needs help with shoes. Since the laces of these boots do not need to be tied, it is extremely easy for him to put them on by himself. The only downside to these sneakers would be the rain. I would not recommend wearing them if there is water anywhere on earth. It seeps through. These shoes offer great support and I will end up buying the same ones for my youngest son. I would recommend that anytime.
