I bought this adapter for my Dell S2319NX monitor and it fits perfectly. So far it seems pretty stable, which is all I can ask for. Unfortunately, the kit does not include a stabilizer bar, although the box states that it is included and includes instructions on how to install the stabilizer bar. However, the monitor looks good without it, so I can't complain. The rest of the reviewers seem to have figured it out so it was probably just a random bug hit me due to my great luck lol but no big deal, works fine anyway. I should mention that the type of stand I need to install for this monitor is a solid bar that doesn't move at all. So if you have a stand with adjustable arms you might need a stabilizer, but I can't comment on that. . Overall it worked great for me and delivered quickly.
