The connector that attaches to the Fitbit is broken

I know the problem everyone has. Connector to Fitbit is defective. The mold for this plastic connector is too large, preventing the connector from fitting properly into the Fitbit charging port. I've ordered three times, same result each time. Great price but defective product. Good luck when you order.
