Purchased to increase the amount of RAM in the UnRaid system. 1 week later the system crashed again. I've spent the whole house trying to figure out what happened, looking through logs, messing around with settings that have been stable for years, and nothing. Finally booted into MemTest and found serious typos after a few minutes. I thought it was my old RAM sticks and then did some isolation by removing the old RAM leaving ONLY the RipJaws in place. Within 5 minutes there were again numerous recording errors. Both changed to older RAM to make sure it wasn't old RAM for some reason. A few hours have passed, still no errors. I will never buy this brand again! Back to Corsair!
