The best thing about this software is that it allows me to make calls from anywhere in the world, even from my cell phone! I can also see who has called me. This is great for my business as I am able to contact customers whenever they want. Sometimes it is hard to hear people when you are using the soft switch. It makes it harder to understand what they are saying. This is more of an issue with business clients than personal ones. If you have a small business and need to be able to contact your customers or employees from any location then this is a great option. I use it to call customers and employees in my office, as well as from my home.
