This is my second try, my first review was censored due to the colorful language I think. In short, the tool is useless and will ruin your workday as the threaded outer tube pops out of the mounting plate before the wiper arm. I had a photo in the first review, but I deleted it because I wanted to forget it, so now I don't have a photo, the tool was thrown in the trash. Instead, I used a hammer and wrench to remove the wiper arm at the risk of cracking the windshield or damaging the wiper arm. I order you to finish the work. So unless Amazon censors this review again, now you know
