We bought 4 of these urn necklaces to give to our grand daughters to remember their mom who passed in August. When the girls started wearing them we found some problems, but have not had a response from the seller at all. One is very hard to open the locket and see the picture. This same one is impossible to tighten the stopper so that the child can’t open it.The worst is one that will not click into place to stay closed. I am very disappointed and would love a response from the seller. At this difficult time for all of us , this poor quality is shocking and very difficult to deal with.
