Broken tools and housewares

Looks great. I tested the standard outlet before installation and it worked fine. I then cut a 2" hole in my new desk, fed the wire through the hidden wire bundles, and secured everything in place. Installs exactly the same as me except. in an easily accessible place to charge devices. Finished the install and found the USB jacks weren't working. ;/ very disappointing
