Review on 🍞 Hamilton Beach Premium Dough & Bread Maker Machine with Automatic Fruit and Nut Dispenser, 2 lb. Loaf Capacity, Stainless Steel (29888) by Patrick Gibb

This machine makes good bread. Even a 2 pound loaf rises and bakes well. Now only 4 stars for the reason: the instructions are poor and the buttons are finicky. If you press the wrong button, there's no obvious way to undo your selection other than unplugging it for at least 10 minutes to allow it to reset. It took a while to figure out how to use it. The machine gets very hot; Make sure you have enough space around it and that you have a heat-resistant baking mat to put underneath, otherwise it could ruin your countertop. However, the kneading cycle is VERY aggressive and the machine moves a lot; Remember to put it as far back on the counter as possible or you risk falling on the floor. Finally, I really want to try my own recipes; The few in the manual are pretty boring. I haven't used the timer feature yet, so I haven't achieved this.
