Great Experience and great staff!!!
The ability for us as producers of our show "The Girl in White" that goes out under this management service was able see how much money we were spending with each ticket sold! It allowed me access into my accounts information so I could easily make changes if need be or even just check where things stand at any time without having wait until end-of day when all transactions are reconciled before seeing results from previous days activities!! Nothing really; they have been very helpful throughout every step along way since beginning production up through now post opening night/ first week after run ends.

Pros
- Quick, easy to use interface.
- Easy setup within hours instead many weeks previously using standard accounting software system which caused headaches while being difficult & cost prohibitive process requiring several people dedicated solely toward handling tickets / orders manually (reconciliation)
- Easily identifiable by employees what is due vs not yet settled thus eliminating confusion regarding outstanding balances during closing period between shows prior start
Cons
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
