Review on Mr.Winder by David Forleo

You shouldn't bother wasting your time with Mr. Winder's poor choice of items.

I have to admit that my time spent buying at Mr. Winder's online store was not quite as satisfying as I had hoped it would be. In spite of the fact that they assert that they provide a vast assortment of one-of-a-kind and high-quality home and kitchen products, I discovered that their selection was unimpressive and boring. It's true that they had some adorable musical boxes, but other than that, there wasn't much else there that drew my attention. Even the musical boxes had a somewhat conventional design and were not built to a particularly high standard. I had hoped to locate some one-of-a-kind decorative accents that would help me express my own particular style, but all I ended up finding were a lot of standard stuff that I could buy at any large-scale retail outlet. On top of everything else, their customer service was quite mediocre to say the least. When I reached out to them with a query about a product, it took them months to get back to me, and when they eventually did, their response was not helpful and was delivered in a condescending manner. In general, I do not recommend shopping at Mr. Winder's online store because it is not worth your time. There are a great number of other retailers out there that offer a far better range and superior service to customers.

Pros
  • Comprehensive selection of goods for the house and kitchen.
Cons
  • higher costs in comparison to rivals.
