Apparently good materials, neat assembly and nice colour. Fits well. Size recommendation: I have a large head. I measured the largest circumference with a tape measure and found it to be 23 1/2 inches. You may be concerned that the back end of the strap isn't long enough to stay in the slot next to the buckle, but in my case there is still about 1-1/2 inches of the end of the strap hidden in the lining. So if your head is this size or smaller, the size will fit you. I plan to buy more different colors. UPDATE: Impressed with the grey, I bought the navy blue version. My comments above regarding the strap length and size do not apply to the navy version. The overall length of the navy blue strap is a full inch shorter than the gray. So if you have a large head, many will find the strap is too short to be safe being hidden in the slot near the buckle. I don't know if this is due to them using different sub-suppliers, design changes or manufacturing defects. Makes you suspicious to buy more. I still consider this a 5 star hat.
