I've used this on as many cars as possible. It is quite simple and has a ton of different functions depending on the car brand and gives you a very detailed explanation of possible causes. Some manufacturers take 30 seconds to run the diagnostics, others may take up to 2-3 minutes. It's okay, it just seems like the customer is looking over your shoulder for a lot longer. I wish you could disable or turn off the sound of the reminder that prompts you to turn it off every time you return to the home screen. EDIT: didn't want to leave 4 stars. You're missing out on a lot if you don't have this tool in your toolbox! 5 out of 5
