It is very easy for new users with little or no knowledge of computers, how it works etc. I love that they offer support from several different countries at any given time so we can use as many resources available worldwide when needed. The software has been stable over years but there are still occasional crashes which causes issues if you're not tech savvy enough to fix them yourself. We have used this service before and never had an issue like this one but now again due to its popularity I've run into some problems myself trying to get my own site back up after being down since last week. My website was hacked by someone who stole all data in plain text files including passwords and payment info (credit cards). They also uploaded fake documents such as business licenses & tax forms along with malicious scripts/malware code causing damage to our server system and rendering websites unusable until restored manually. There's nothing really bad about hash.
