You pass one side under the bridge, leaving room to actually grab it and pull it through after threading one end of the thread into an eyelet 100 times smaller than any other product for the same purpose. By the way, if you manage to touch this product, good luck to you that you can grab the stem, which is at least three times shorter than any other product made for the same purpose. I had to go to the store to buy a product that actually works. Compare other products. There is no comparison. I'm sorry but I can almost guarantee that the people selling this product don't have a mouth bridge. Otherwise they would find actual use impossible.
