**UPDATE** The company contacted me and was keen to get my money back and improved quality control. I look forward to a refund and will hopefully order again soon! The second pair I worked with broke. It's irreparable and I'm disappointed because I needed every strand. Now I can't finish my earrings. They have a very thin design. The jump ring on the other end is very soft so it probably won't hold anything with weight. So sad because this set was just such a great price. I'll edit this if at any point I get a response from the company.
