There are some areas where they could have improved their system as well, but nothing major so far. If you're looking to engage your customers and provide them with an immersive experience using mobile technology this tool will do just fine! We've been able to increase checkin rates and overall satisfaction of our guests through the use of micro metrics.
Pros
- I like how easy it is for me or other team members at my location/property (i'm part time) to access data about guest activities within seconds instead having hours trying to find info out by hand..and then try fixing problems manually before figuring if there's something wrong.it should be automated :) plus its great knowing i can get daily reports from anywhere !!! It really helps
