This would be a 5 star rating but I've been having ink issues lately. My printer can no longer read the chip. I used less than half the ink in the cartridge and the chip failed halfway through printing a page for my child's homework. Terribly uncomfortable. Other cartridges read fine, so the problem is not with the printer. I wish I could get a replacement or my money back but as the return period has expired (30 days from purchase) Revain won't help me so I have no choice but to complain and accept the loss. Printer ink is not cheap, so I am very dissatisfied.
