It didn't work and they charged me a 40.00 restocking fee
I received a laptop and it didn't work. I was able to log in and create an account, but then it didn't respond to anything. I was constantly being told to wait or cancel. Very disappointed as otherwise it was a good size and weight. When they refunded me the money they charged me a restocking fee of 40.00. Will you fix your broken laptop?!?! Good luck to whoever buys it because it won't work.
