Review on Boyd Enterprises ABE16743 Chemipure 11 74 Ounce by Bishop Richter

I'm not sure what's going on here. I opened the lid and there was a wet object inside. I understand the seal may have been removed. but why the hell is he wet. From other reviews I noticed that many others have received something similar. I will actually test and use it, but it doesn't look promising. Even with the water running, I didn't hear a single part of the activated carbon activation hiss.
