I like it very much. I've never had the old version that people throw pitchforks at, but here's my review. I like Taist! It almost reminds me of the taste of cake batter. Textures are somewhat gritty. Comparable to Pepto, but not bad. It's not very thick, but I just mix it with water. It literally suppressed my hunger for more than three hours. It blends very well, I haven't had any sticking or clumping issues. This is my first time using a protein powder and I'm glad I chose this one because it's affordable and does what I need.
