Don't buy bad quality

I bought these shoes for my daughter's formal uniform (she only wears them to mass events on Fridays), she has worn them 5 times max and the velcro has come loose.
I contacted the seller with no response.

Pros

Supportive and durable construction with leather upper.

Cons

The quality isn't great, I just bought it for school. he undresses in the box. I am so disappointed
