UPDATED after receiving a message from the company on April 25th: The company contacted me with troubleshooting ideas related to "linking several different lightbulbs to make sure it wasn't a defective one." Lightbulb acts”😂 (as if I hadn't already thought about it) The worst thing about her message. WAIT FOR HIM. In fact, they suggested I cut out the faulty dimmer and "hardwire" the bulb myself! 😳😮🤬 Now I'm mad at this company! That's a big responsibility, I'm not an electrician and I know nothing about wiring, what if it burns my house down! First review: I bought two of these for a bedroom I was planning to remodel. Unfortunately I had a few items and only bothered to unpack and hang them up 3 months after purchase. I installed everything and installed the bulbs. None of them work! Now I'm stuck with two pendant lights that I like but are completely useless and paid hard-earned money for. 😡
