What I don't like is that the package is usually sent in shrink wrap. This time it wasn't like that and I lost half of the product on the floor because the lid came off during transport. Not realizing he cut it and half the powder was spilled on the floor. Disappointing! What I love about this product is that it is perfect for me. I'm a natural redhead with some gray hair (about 25%) because redheads turn white instead of grey. For me the product needs to be mixed to avoid hot roots. I think I'll basically add a medium brown base color to soften it. I mixed two parts medium brown with one part copper and this is my natural red. Keep in mind that redheads tend to absorb red from any color so it needs to be mixed. I've uploaded a picture of how it turns out. Personally, I've only been rooting since my first treatment about a year ago. However, when I wash my hair to remove the mixture, I mix it into all my hair for a few minutes to keep it fresh. I also never leave the mixture longer than 2 hours and never less than 1 hour. I also use shampoo when I shower, even though the instructions say rinse but no shampoo on day one. I can't leave it because I don't want it to take on extra color. For me it's perfect!
