Disappointing Glitter Drops for Arts and Crafts

After I put it to the test, these Glitter Drops did not live up to their hype... The promised gloss finish turned out to be a dull shine, and the glitter was barely noticeable. While the colors were bright and vibrant, the application was messy and difficult to control. Overall, I was disappointed in this product and would not recommend it to my fellow scrapbooking enthusiasts..
