Oh my god my daughter and I LOVE this dollhouse. It has so many rooms + all furniture, it's a great deal. This is the PERFECT SIZE FOR LPS! It was very difficult for me to find things that were the right size. The walls are cardboard which sits in ridges so may not be suitable for actual small children but they remain in good condition. It is very durable when put together and rooms can be connected in different layouts. Heck if you buy two of these you could build a mansion lol. However, assembly was interesting. There were no proper instructions (at least not in my box) so it was all conjecture and came from the picture on the front of the box. It took me a few hours to put everything together.
