This is a good jersey for the price. To be on the safe side, I ordered XL and XXL. I'm 5ft 7in and 240lbs, barrel shaped with hock joints for arms. I'm more of a strong man than a BMXer. In any case, they fit like normal shirt sizes. The 2XL drawer is looser and gives you more freedom of movement. Size XL fits well but doesn't give me as much freedom of movement as 2XL. I could race in any of them. I would say plus size is a shirt size and you're good to go.
