Works great! I'm a pro and it's very light, not bulky. It heats well, but not much. It can get a bit warm at times with the diffuser, but overall I like it. I had to go back and edit this post, having used the hair dryer for over 6 months it is obvious to me that there is a problem with the heating element. It doesn't heat up enough on low settings, but will burn clients on medium settings. In addition, the diffuser does not burn at all. Very frustrating!
