The best part is that they are very flexible in terms of what you can do with them (eCommerce, Data-warehouse etc). They have good support team as well which helps out when required. I would say it's not so much about features but more like ease of use for all users/customers irrespective if its an end user or admin! Sometimes their UI gets outdated quickly hence we need to update our dashboards every now n then depending upon where things were at last time around. Also there might be some lag sometimes while using API calls due to high traffic from other devices accessing same data source. We're solving integration problems between multiple systems by connecting different APIs into one single system. This allows us to easily build new integrations without having any code written specifically for each individual service used.
