I didn’t pay much attention to speed benchmarks, since if everything is done correctly and what technology is used (TLC / QLC) is known, then there shouldn’t be any special surprises. Reputable manufacturer with warranty. A good declared read / write resource is 300 TBW, although probably 150 would be enough without problems. For example, on my old sata ssd, for 3 years of not particularly sparing use (OS reinstallation, use for recording with nvidia shadowplay, a large swap partition for linux, frequent hibernations), 26 TBW came out, taking into account the fact that similar disks give 60-70 TBW. As a separate plus, I want to note that the remaining / current resource can be viewed from SMART and no applications from the manufacturer / manual byte calculations are needed. I don't know, maybe all nvme disks have this, but it's still nice. I did not clone the old disk, so I can’t say about heating during long recordings, because during normal use the temperature is about / less than 30 degrees.
