I rarely write reviews but I think a lot of people have the same problem as me so thought this might help. I had signal issues with the 30ft passive HDMI going to my projector when upgrading an old AV receiver that didn't support true 4k to a newer one that did. At first I thought I might have to go the Category 5 or Category 6 route, but then I started reading about active HDMIs. I've had good luck with Revain Basics in the past, so I decided to try this particular cable. That's it, everything went great. I have an Apple TV, a DVD player and a PS4, all working correctly with 4k HDR now. If you're looking for a relatively simple solution to a weak 4k signal at the 30ft mark, I'd try this active HDMI before delving into more complex solutions.
