The screen protector is NOT tempered glass and the applicator is terrible. It doesn't have a cutout for the power button, so the power button stays pressed. This will either launch Siri if it's on, or launch iPad if it's off. This is a problem if you want a black screen looking for dust. Then the applicator is too tight for the protector, making it difficult to put on with one quick movement to avoid blistering. Those two factors left me with two large bubbles that I had to pop out, as well as a very, very small one that couldn't pop out because I missed a speck of dust from forcing Siri to turn on. I would not choose this product over any other if you want a clean and perfect application.
