Review on 🔒 Brinks 675-83001: Ultimate Dual Function Heavy-Duty Door Security Bar by Josue Porter

Unfortunately I bought two of these for a family member's front and back doors. This element is easily displaced when trying to open the door when installed. I didn't have to push very hard at all, and the door didn't hold securely or close at all. I tried this item simply because of the Brinks name, not to mention that it says 'commercial door guard'. I'm not a strong person and to be able to move the bar and force the door open well let's just say it wasn't worth the money! I think I'll give it to someone to use on a sliding door where it can be placed like a regular old stick. A good solid wood chair will stand up to the door much better than this one. Simply put, this purchase was very disappointing.
