Review on Massage Roller Handmade Therapy Shoulders by Nate Caldwell
Good in theory. suitable for massage tools and equipment
.but this massage rope is difficult to maneuver and does little to help my aching back. I'll keep trying as I may not be using it properly. If things improve I will post an update here.
Pros
- Applicable people: people who sit for a long time in daily life or work, or who have minor injuries to the cervical spine, back and lumbar spine can use the roller massager to become good and comfortable health care. You just have to glide gently between your neck, shoulders, back, legs or any other part of your body to get the effect.
