First off, I had two problems with my small laundry room.1. I needed an alternative to finish drying my professional work clothes without hanging them over the door or doorknobs.2. This wall hanger has greatly improved my laundry game. INSTALLATION: light breeze. My husband and a local handyman installed this in about 5-10 minutes. He doesn't work in construction or anything, so he doesn't have that much experience in those things. Basically, if we can do it, anyone can do it. It folds nicely against the wall if you decide it "gets in the way". Because the drawer hangs right above my dryer, it never gets in my way, so I usually just leave it open.
