I'm overlooking something, above all it doesn't fit my car. The opening prevents me from removing and replacing the spool without removing the stitch slide, so I cut out a larger hole. The edge of the rug prevented my fabric from moving and so the threads got stuck and tangled. It might work fine on Bernina, but it definitely won't work on Janome 6600. There should be more information in the description about which machines it's likely to work on. I love the idea but hate the materials. The material from which it is made is too hard and brittle, and wrinkles form very quickly. Also, the tube it fits in is too small, making it very difficult to roll it back up to return for storage. I send back. It's not as good as new, but I don't want to see it in my house. I would like a new and improved version.
