This product is ok and I just mean ok, it will work for what you need to work on but it can definitely be improved. I received this product on January 22nd, on January 24th the screws came out of the bottom of the tray. I tried screwing them back in only to find that either the screws weren't long enough or they had somehow completely come loose from the wood because they weren't screwed in tight, they stayed loose so my only option was use a bit of gorilla -Glue. To glue the metal frame back onto the board (2nd photo). I am disabled and it would be too difficult to return at the moment. As long as the glue holds I think I'll use this tray. There needs to be a way to attach the adjustable shelf to the frame when not tilted. It would also help if the height was adjustable as there isn't much room for the knees.
