Draws about 8.5 amps on start up and then levels off at 7 amps when running from a fully charged 12 volt battery With a pump in my stream can I fill a 5 gallon bucket in 4550 seconds (lifts water 10 feet and through 50 foot hose) Pros: Good quality long cord; durable construction; The handle on top is a nice plus. Cons: The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there is a leak in the base just off the side of the outlet causing me to lose some pressure/flow but not worth it, send it back or try to take it apart and fix it. Maybe in the winter holidays.
